i'm picking me apart again

i'm save here in my room
unless I try to start again "braking the habit" by linkin park
"the world outside..." is my entry for the "3d makes me"-contest. it is depicting the emotion fear, fear of the world, fear of the others, fear of oneself.
i'd say 3d does not make me afraid but it helps me to cope with such feelings, allowing me to kind of "materialise" the worlds of my mind.
actually there is some story behind this picture (which even explains why there's a wooden window on a skyscraper), but you may think up your own...
i modeled this in cinema4d and did some postwork in photoshop.
alltogether it took me a lot of time and if you want to see at least a few of the details i've put into this you can check out a bigger version in my scraps.
